Developing your intuition

Complete these sentences by spontaneously jotting down the things you probably already know to do. Ensure they are simple and easily actionable; make sure you let yourself go, trust yourself! Quickly list the first things that come into your mind, if you reach a standoff, move on to the next question and feel free to return if you wish.

"Because I want to have increased awareness of the world around me, I already know how to..."

"I accept my intuitive development because I already know how to..."

"When I trust my creative and innovative side I can..."

Glance over your responses, then highlight one from the first list which appears 'attractive' to you, and one from the second which 'grabs' you most right now.

Taking action or being more consciously aware of these will assist in allowing your intuition to move from a thought process or probability to reality.

Consider:

  • Developing your own questions.
  • Facilitating these in team settings, at meetings etc to assist your team or group to work cohesively on new levels.
  • Put your list in your diary where you can add to it at will 24/7.
  • Jot down ways to explore heightening your skills around each of your responses. Ask yourself 'what if' I could readily develop these new skills?
